pak71 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any User at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any winnings generated by an underage User are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, pak71 requires Users to complete the KYC verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID, together with proof of residential address dated within the last three months. pak71 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Processing KYC documents typically takes one to three business days.
All pak71 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak71 does not apply currency conversion fees. The Account currency cannot be changed after registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pak71 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason.
pak71 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from pak71 making such a request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pak71 support immediately.
You must notify pak71 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pak71 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or your failure to notify pak71 of a security breach in a timely manner.
pak71 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a unique, strong password not reused on any other service. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and across Pakistan accessing the platform on shared or public devices should ensure they log out completely after each session.
pak71 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to the Account Balance in real time or within the time frame specified for each payment method.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the pak71 Deposit page at the time of transaction. pak71 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment method to fund your pak71 Account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
pak71 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and international standards. pak71 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit and to delay or decline any transaction it reasonably suspects may involve proceeds of crime or other illicit activity. Cooperation with pak71's AML checks is a condition of continued platform access.
In the event of a failed or disputed deposit, Users should contact pak71 Live Chat support with the transaction reference number. pak71 will investigate and respond within three business days. pak71 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages beyond its reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests from verified pak71 Accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions below.
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. pak71 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for source of funds documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain unplayed after the validity period expires are automatically removed from the Account Balance.
Not all games on pak71 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game Result Finality: The result recorded by pak71's server at the conclusion of a game round is the definitive result. Where a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on a User's device and the server record, the server record shall prevail.
Sports betting on pak71, including cricket, PSL matches, international T20 and Test fixtures, and other sporting events, is governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the pak71 sportsbook.
pak71 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without explanation. Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued and displayed in the User's betting history. Bets placed on suspended markets are void.
Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly and materially erroneous — including but not limited to data feed errors, human input errors, or software faults — pak71 reserves the right to void or re-price the bet at the correct odds. Users who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed and restricted.
In-play bets on cricket and other live markets are subject to slight delays in acceptance to prevent exploitation of event information known to the bettor before it is reflected in pak71's odds feed. pak71 bears no responsibility for bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant play or event, even if those bets were technically accepted by the system.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the minimum play required under the applicable sport rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account Balance unless pak71's sport-specific rules state otherwise.

Where an Account is closed for breach, pak71 may at its sole discretion withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, pak71 may forfeit the Balance in accordance with applicable law and licence conditions.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their pak71 Account may do so by contacting Live Chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any withdrawable Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak71 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved by pak71's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution authority specified under pak71's licensing conditions.
Users who have a complaint about pak71's services should in the first instance contact pak71 Live Chat support. If the matter is not resolved to the User's satisfaction at first-line support, the User may escalate the complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pak71 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 business days.
Where a formal complaint remains unresolved after pak71's internal process, Users have the right to refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under pak71's gaming licence. Details of the relevant authority are available by contacting pak71 support.
pak71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations — pak71 will provide at least seven days' prior notice by posting a notice on the pak71 homepage and, where practicable, by emailing registered Users at the address on their Account.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the pak71 platform.
Your continued use of the pak71 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your only remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 15 above.
